Additional information: All CRNA practice. No call or weekends. Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30–90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background and active unrestricted license). Caselogs required showing proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks. EMR system: HST. Completion bonus of $3,000 available for CRNAs who work 12 consecutive full weeks at eligible locations.
