At 33 years old, I take great pride in balancing a fulfilling family life with a strong personal drive. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and together we are raising two wonderful children—our 10-year-old son, Oliver, and our 1-year-old daughter, Presley.

*Therapist Referral Program Rules and Terms

Referrals must be licensed in good-standing as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the United States.
The referral bonus for a PT, OT, or SLP is up to $1,000 and the referral bonus for an PTA, COTA, or RT is up to $500.
Referrals must be submitted via the online form below OR via communication directly between you and an All Medical Personnel therapy recruiter.
If your referral already exists as a candidate in All Medical Personnel’s database, then you will not be eligible for any referral bonus.
We will contact your referral in order to introduce them to All Medical Personnel and talk about open positions. Your referral is under no obligation to work with us. If they decide to work with us, you will receive official correspondence from All Medical Personnel confirming your eligibility to earn the referral bonus.
Upon becoming eligible to earn the referral bonus, your referral must work for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks (an entire assignment) with All Medical Personnel in order for you to qualify for the bonus payment.
If you qualify for a bonus and you are not a therapist working on an assignment with us, you will be contacted using the information provided on the referral form to confirm your address before any bonus payment is mailed.
This referral bonus program cannot be combined with other referral bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
All Medical Personnel reserves the right to cancel the Therapist Referral Bonus Program at any time and for any reason.
