Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (9:00 AM – 9:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting within a short-term acute care facility
Chart and document patient information using EPIC
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative care
Float to sister facilities nearby as needed based on assignment requirements
Complete required modules prior to start and during orientation
Required Qualifications
Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler; locals may be considered under separate terms
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a high-volume acute care OR environment
Familiarity with EPIC charting system
Experience with perioperative workflows and surgical team collaboration
