RN – Case Management
Overview:
Seeking experienced travel nurses for a rewarding RN – Case Management role in Brooksville, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate high-quality patient care within a busy hospital setting, working alongside a collaborative healthcare team. Enjoy a consistent schedule with alternating weekends, in a facility committed to delivering outcome-oriented and cost-effective care.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous case management experience in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting
- Experience with InterQual and Millman criteria
- Experience with discharge planning
- Experience working with all patient populations
- Case Management or Utilization Review Certification highly preferred
- Active nursing license in good standing
- Certifications as required for case management roles
Schedule:
- Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM / Alternating Weekends
- Work in accordance with facility policy, including alternating weekends and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
