Primary Care NP, PA, or MD | Pennsylvania

Schedule: Thursdays 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30 minute lunch)

Position Overview

• Employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic coverage
• Predictable clinic schedule with no nights and no weekends (as noted)
• Patient focused care including acute visits, wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management

Clinical Scope

• Primary care and acute care outpatient clinic visits
• Chronic disease management and long term wellness support
• Patient education, proactive care, and early intervention
• Ages 2 and up
• EMR: eClinicalWorks experience preferred (as noted)

Required Qualifications

• NP, PA, or MD or DO (per Order)
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license
• National certification for NP or PA; board certified or board eligible as required for physician candidates (as noted)
• DEA registration
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
