Primary Care NP or PA

Location: Florida
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Third Saturday of the month 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with the Friday prior 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Position Overview
Provide employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic coverage with a predictable schedule. This role includes primary care, acute care, occupational health services, and DOT physicals as outlined in the order details.

Clinical Scope

  • Ages: 2 and older
  • Primary care, acute care, and chronic disease management
  • Occupational health and work comp services as outlined in the order details
  • DOT physicals may be required, with appropriate credentialing
  • Dispensing and DEA requirements may apply for longer term coverage as outlined in the order details

Required Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unrestricted Florida license
  • National certification
  • DEA registration
  • Strong HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Primary care experience preferred
  • Must be approved to work autonomously in Florida as outlined in the order details
