Primary Care MD

Location: Alabama

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Practice setting: Value based primary care

Patient population: Geriatrics

Patient volume: Approximately 5 to 13 patients per day

Travel and lodging: Travel support may be available

Position Overview

• Provide value based primary care including wellness visits and routine sick visits.
• Deliver patient focused care and collaborate with onsite support staff.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Alabama license.
• DEA.
• Comfort with technology and electronic documentation.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
