Occ Med NP or PA

Location: Colorado (Denver metro)

Schedule: Per diem coverage based on current open needs

Practice setting: Occupational medicine clinic

Patient volume: Approximately 12 to 16 patients per day

Ages seen: Adults 18 and older

Travel and lodging: Local candidates only

Position Overview

• Provide occupational medicine evaluations and treatment in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Perform DOT and occupational health exams, physicals, and low volume primary care or urgent care as needed.
• Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and work related injuries, including basic injury care and suturing when needed.
• Document visits in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado license.
• DEA.
• BLS.
• DOT certification preferred.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
