Occupational Medicine Physician (Locum Tenens)

Minimum coverage to be considered: 3 to 4 days per week
Setting: Occupational medicine clinic
Position Overview
Provide occupational medicine and urgent care style clinic coverage, including DOT physicals and related evaluations for adult patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform DOT occupational medicine exams and physicals.
- Provide basic primary care and urgent care support as needed.
- Document care in the clinic EMR.
Required Qualifications
- Active California medical license.
- DOT qualification.
- BLS.
- DEA.
Practice Details
- Patients: adults 18 plus
- Patient volume: 25 plus per day
- EMR: Prognosis
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 2 to 3 weeks
Travel and Lodging: Yes (limited)
