Occupational Medicine Physician (Locum Tenens)

Minimum coverage to be considered: 3 to 4 days per week
Setting: Occupational medicine clinic

Position Overview

Provide occupational medicine and urgent care style clinic coverage, including DOT physicals and related evaluations for adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform DOT occupational medicine exams and physicals.
• Provide basic primary care and urgent care support as needed.
• Document care in the clinic EMR.

Required Qualifications

• Active California medical license.
• DOT qualification.
• BLS.
• DEA.

Practice Details

• Patients: adults 18 plus
• Patient volume: 25 plus per day
• EMR: Prognosis
• Credentialing timeframe: approximately 2 to 3 weeks

Travel and Lodging: Yes (limited)
