Required Skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite is essential; candidates should verify commute times to ensure a 20-25 minute travel window.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to full shift coverage without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
