Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
- Proven phlebotomy skills with at least 6 months of experience in a clinical setting.

- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to calm and educate patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient keyboard and data entry skills to manage lab documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival and departure from the worksite.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in retail or service industries with a focus on customer interactions.
- Certification in phlebotomy (required in some states), or actively pursuing certification.
- Medical assistant or paramedic training.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality best practices.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical training such as medical assistant, paramedic, or similar preferred.
- Over 6 months of direct phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric blood collection highly desirable.
- Data entry experience, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime.
