Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Virginia

Schedule: 12 hour shifts. Coverage model includes additional advanced practice provider support.

Position Overview

Provide emergency department coverage in a community hospital setting using an established care team model.

Work Environment

• Annual ED volume: approximately 16,000
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia medical license
• Active DEA registered to Virginia
• Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine as accepted by the client

Certifications

• ACLS
• ATLS and PALS may be required depending on board certification pathway
