Schedule

• Coverage dates: 10/1, 10/12 – 10/15, 10/19 – 10/23, 10/26 – 10/29
• Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (as scheduled)
• 1 hour unpaid lunch

Practice Details

• 100% pediatric patient population (ages 21 and under)
• Average 25 – 30 patients per day
• Provider is solo
• Support staff: 4 dental assistants, 2 EFDAs, and 1 clinical provider
• EMR: Dentrix (experience not required)

• Cleanings
• Exams
• Restorative
• Sealants

Requirements

• Active Washington license
• Medicaid at presentation preferred (will accept if applied prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
