Clinical Scope (referenced)

• Case mix referenced includes general, GI, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, cardiology, ENT, and neuro or spine
• Spinals, epidurals, and blocks are not required

Requirements (referenced)

• CRNA board certification
• Active Texas license

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeline referenced: about 90 days
