• Day shift plus rotating call responsibilities

Clinical Scope

• General
• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy
• Ophthalmology
• OB GYN
• Urology
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required

Site Details

• 3 operating rooms
• 1 endoscopy room
• 1 interventional radiology room

Required Qualifications

• CRNA
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS through AHA
• DEA
• Case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks within the past 2 years

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days
• Temporary privileges may be available with a clear background and malpractice history and an active unrestricted license
