Job Title: RN – ICU
Location: Duncan, OK | Acute Care
Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2–1:3
Participate in on-call rotations as required by the facility
Float to Med/Surg within scope of practice to support facility needs as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using facility systems
Adhere to weekend scheduling requirements as part of the standard rotation
Required Qualifications:
Active Oklahoma RN license or valid Compact RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
Minimum 1.5 years of ICU nursing experience
Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS
Must be available for weekend shifts
Must be available for on-call assignments
Local candidates are welcome
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Experience with Meditech electronic health records system
Flexibility to accommodate a block schedule arrangement
Experience floating to Med/Surg within an acute care environment
