• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional waiting area
• Assist with patient breaks and coverage for staffing shortages in the lobby and draw room
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to perform specimen collection and processing in accordance with established practices and procedures
• Answer patient questions and provide care and reassurance in a compassionate manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient visits and specimen collection
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patients and staff
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff
• Support the overall operations of the clinical setting to promote efficiency and patient satisfaction

Additional Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (e.g., retail, home health aide)
• Phlebotomy experience required, including internship or externship experience is acceptable
• Willingness to work in both lobby and draw room environments
• Flexibility to work breaks and cover staffing shortages as needed
