Required Skills

- Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain procedures clearly and compassionately.
- Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks to document specimen collection accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
