Schedule: Day shifts 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; call weeknights 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24 hour weekend call; post call day off for weekday call; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model with MDs on site
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic

Position Overview

• Hospital based CRNA coverage for a mix of OR and OB cases
• Provider must be willing to take call
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks; site notes an annual case log requirement for the past two years)

Clinical Scope

• General
• Endoscopy
• Orthopedics and joint replacement
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• OB and GYN
• ENT
• Radiology with anesthesia

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license
• Indiana Patient Compensation Fund enrollment required
• BLS and ACLS through AHA (and additional certifications as required by the site)
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
