Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to specimen collection and processing.
- Ensure a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.

Required Skills
- Proven phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collection techniques.
- Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Comfort with data entry and keyboarding tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival within a 20-25 minute commute window.
- Customer service experience in retail or service environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
