Schedule: Full time. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No lunch.

Preference: Local and commutable candidates preferred.

Position Overview

• Provide Compensation and Pension disability evaluations for Veterans.
• Physical exams only. No ongoing treatment. No prescribing.
• Typical volume is 1 to 8 claimants per day.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic system and submit within 24 to 48 hours of the exam.
• Comfortable performing sensitive exams for male and female Veterans, including PAPs and pelvic exams.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
• At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• NPI required.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using web based forms and EMR documentation.
