Position Overview

• Emergency Medicine physician coverage in an emergency department setting
• Cross credentialing across sites within the system may be required
• EMR: Epic

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Emergency Medicine residency trained
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine is required
• Active Florida medical license in hand
• DEA with Florida address
• Case logs for the past 24 months
• CME documentation for the past 24 months
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS

Credentialing

• Privileging timeframe: 90 days
• Temporary privileges may be available with a clean file
