Employee-driven giving initiative advances diversity in medicine and reduces barriers for future physicians
Hollywood, Florida — February 25, 2026 — All Medical Personnel (AMP) has donated $22,613 to ElevateMed, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has supported the nonprofit’s mission to increase diversity in medicine by reducing financial barriers for underrepresented medical students.
The contribution was funded through voluntary employee paycheck donations, matched by AMP through its Greater Purpose Program (GPP). Since launching the partnership, AMP and its employees have contributed more than $150,000 to ElevateMed.
ElevateMed provides scholarships, mentorship, and professional development to students from underrepresented backgrounds pursuing medical careers. By helping ease the financial burden of medical education, the organization supports the development of a more representative physician workforce equipped to serve diverse communities.
“ElevateMed is investing in the next generation of physicians and expanding access to opportunity in medicine,” said Dr. Alyx Porter, Founder of ElevateMed. “AMP’s continued partnership and employee generosity make a measurable difference in the lives of our scholars.”
For AMP, the partnership reflects a broader commitment to advancing health equity. “Our employees choose to give, and we are proud to match their generosity,” said Neil Bernstein, CEO of AMP. “Four years into this partnership, we remain committed to supporting ElevateMed’s mission and the long-term impact it creates in healthcare.”
The 2025 donation reinforces AMP’s belief that lasting change is driven by sustained investment, not one-time contributions. For more information about AMP’s community initiatives or ElevateMed’s programs, visit https://elevatemed.org.
