*Refer & Earn Program for Locum Tenens – Terms and Conditions

  • Referrals must be in good standing as a U.S.-licensed Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Dentist, Psychologist, or CRNA in the United States.
  • The payment for an eligible referral is up to a maximum of $2,000 for referrals received on or after April 1, 2025.
  • Referrals must be submitted via the online form below. Referrals submitted via social media, email and/or other channels may be ineligible.
  • We will contact your referral in order to introduce them to All Medical Personnel and talk about open positions. Your referral is under no obligation to work with us. If they decide to work with us, you will receive official correspondence from All Medical Personnel confirming your eligibility to earn a payment.
  • If your referral has worked for All Medical Personnel in the last twelve (12) months, then you are not eligible for a referral payment.
  • Upon becoming eligible to earn a referral payment, your referral must work 240 hours with All Medical Personnel in order for you to be paid. The 240 hours worked must be completed within one (1) year of the date of your referral submission.
  • If you are not a provider working on an assignment with us, you will be contacted using the information provided on the referral form to confirm your address before any payment is sent.
  • This referral program cannot be combined with any other Refer & Earn program or any other special payment plan with All Medical Personnel.
  • All Medical Personnel reserves the right to change or cancel the program for at any time and for any reason.
  • No purchase is required. Applicable federal, state and local taxes may apply to any payment.
  • The program is invalid outside of the United States.
  • Referral submissions are only accepted from residents of the United States for referrals that are eligible to work in the United States. Referrals submitted from outside the United States are invalid.
