February 3, 2020 | Heart disease is the number one cause of death for all people in the US, which is more than all cancers combined.  The American Heart Association has come up with a 10-year plan with the goal to increase the life expectancy from 66 to at least 68 by 2030.

Go Red for Women® is the American Heart Association’s global initiative to end heart disease and stroke in women. Launched in 2004 to close the gap in awareness, Go Red quickly expanded into a worldwide movement dedicated to removing the barriers women face to achieving good health and wellbeing.

All Medical Personnel is proud to help the American Heart Association bring attention to heart disease and stroke by wearing red each Friday throughout the month of February.
