Statistics show that it’s not in your head…physician burnout is a real thing.

According to a 2019 All Medical Personnel survey of U.S. providers, burnout is ranked among the top challenges for the healthcare industry as a whole in the next decade. Our findings on burnout are in sync with the AMA which states that although burnout rates vary by specialty, it continues to increase. A shortage of physicians as well as a host of related challenges including healthcare for all, reimbursement issues and quality of care concerns contribute to burnout rates.
