Hollywood, FL | All Medical Personnel (AMP) recently donated $39,264.42 to ElevateMeD (www.elevatemed.org) in conjunction with its Greater Purpose Program (GPP). The GPP is the philanthropic arm of AMP which is supported by team member contributions. Charitable donations from team members to ElevateMeD are matched by All Medical Personnel at the end of the calendar year.
“The work that we are doing to support underrepresented students could only happen with your participation,” said Dr. Alyx Porter of ElevateMeD in a letter to All Medical Personnel. “Because of your generous support, we are able to continue to provide scholarships, mentorship, financial education and health and wellness to future physicians dedicated to addressing health disparities.” Dr. Porter added.

ElevateMeD is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization managed by a Board of Directors that was developed out of the need to elevate medicine to an ideal where the physician workforce racially and ethnically represents the community served. The ElevateMeD Scholars program provides significant financial assistance to medical students from racial and ethnic backgrounds that are underrepresented in medicine. The program provides students access to mentorship, leadership training, and financial management education.
Since 2015, All Medical Personnel has sponsored a charity each year totaling employee donations of $402,000 through our Greater Purpose Program (GPP).
