On the evening of Wednesday March 7, 2018, All Medical Personnel hosted the CRMUG Dallas Chapter Meeting in their Irving, Texas office. The Dynamics 365 CRM User Group (CRMUG) is a professional organization that allows Microsoft Dynamics users to connect with each other and learn firsthand the best way to leverage the software they use every day. The meeting was a value-added networking and knowledge sharing event.
Jenny Cox, Director of Software Solutions at All Medical Personnel, assumed the role of the CRMUG Dallas Chapter Leader in December 2017, after which she quickly began partnering with Abe Saldana, Managing Partner at Catapult Systems, to plan the Dallas Chapter’s revival. The Dallas Chapter had not had a meeting since January 2016.
Cox presented the Functional session entitled “Simplifying The User Experience, Do More With Less Clicks”, where she outlined keyboard and onscreen shortcuts for end users and developer options for forms, dashboards, and behind-the-scenes processes. Saldana presented the Technical session, entitled “Dynamics 365 Version 9.0 New Features & Deprecations”.
Additionally, representatives from All Medical Personnel presented the Customer Showcase and how they are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a solution.
Several CRMUG members, including both end users as well as Dynamics partners, were in attendance, all leaving the meeting stating they saw value in the time spent. The next CRMUG Dallas Chapter Meeting is scheduled for May 24, 2018.
