About Haley

Hello! I’m Haley and born and raised in Fort Worth but have lived in Central Texas & East Georgia. My experience prior to the staffing industry has provided a unique set of skills. From working with children to handling the operations of a veterinary clinic to seeing patients as a medical assistant. I am very passionate about customer service, problem solving, and helping others. I fell in love with the staffing industry on day one as an administrative assistant in 2017 and haven’t looked back. Operations and Results is my self proclaimed love language. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, little boy, and our three dogs. You will find me either at the baseball field, on the lake, or at the movie theater.

We are big roadtrippers and love camping, hiking, seeing all the wildlife, and documenting memories. If you have bucket lists of places to see, we will add it to our list!

I am a HUGE baseball fan. From the youth association all the way to the Texas Rangers. If you don’t see me in the stands, you’ll be able to hear me!

I thrive in stressful situations but need to create structure among the chaos. You will always find me with a pen, note pad, and shared calendar on hand in case something comes up.

*Therapist Referral Program Rules and Terms

  1. Referrals must be licensed in good-standing as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the United States. 
  2. The referral bonus for a PT, OT, or SLP is up to $1,000 and the referral bonus for an PTA, COTA, or RT is up to $500. 
  3. Referrals must be submitted via the online form below OR via communication directly between you and an All Medical Personnel therapy recruiter.
  4. If your referral already exists as a candidate in All Medical Personnel’s database, then you will not be eligible for any referral bonus.
  5. We will contact your referral in order to introduce them to All Medical Personnel and talk about open positions. Your referral is under no obligation to work with us. If they decide to work with us, you will receive official correspondence from All Medical Personnel confirming your eligibility to earn the referral bonus.
  6. Upon becoming eligible to earn the referral bonus, your referral must work for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks (an entire assignment) with All Medical Personnel in order for you to qualify for the bonus payment. 
  7. If you qualify for a bonus and you are not a therapist working on an assignment with us, you will be contacted using the information provided on the referral form to confirm your address before any bonus payment is mailed. 
  8. This referral bonus program cannot be combined with other referral bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
  9. All Medical Personnel reserves the right to cancel the Therapist Referral Bonus Program at any time and for any reason.
  10. No purchase is required.
  11. Referral submissions are only accepted from residents of the United States. Referrals must be eligible to work in the United States.
