Hello! I’m Christine and am a born and raised Texan. I currently live in Fort Worth, TX. I have worked in the healthcare industry for the last 10 years. I started out as a dental assistant and moved my way into the medical field. I have worked in the ER at a level I Trauma Center as a unit clerk, working nights. I have also worked for Orthopedic Surgeons doing scheduling. I transferred into the Healthcare Staffing industry in January 2021 and have worked my way up from an Account Manager Coordinator to becoming a Senior Account Manager. I love being able to still help and playing a part in healthcare by staffing my nurses and helping the facilities. I love the relationships I get to build. I enjoy spending time with my kids and traveling, in my free time.

* Terms and Conditions for Travel Nursing Referral Bonus Program

  • Referrals must be licensed in good-standing as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the United States.
  • The referral bonus for an RN is up to $1,500 and the referral bonus for an LPN or LVN is up to $750.
  • Referrals must be submitted via the online form below OR via communication directly between you and an All Medical Personnel nurse recruiter.
  • If your referral already exists as a candidate in All Medical Personnel’s database, then you will not be eligible for any referral bonus.
  • We will contact your referral in order to introduce them to All Medical Personnel and talk about open positions. Your referral is under no obligation to work with us. If they decide to work with us, you will receive official correspondence from All Medical Personnel confirming your eligibility to earn the referral bonus.
  • Upon becoming eligible to earn the referral bonus, your referral must work a minimum number of hours with All Medical Personnel in order for you to qualify for the bonus payment. For RNs: At 234 hours, you earn $750. At 468 hours, you earn another $750 for a total of $1,500. For LPNs/LVNs: At 234 hours, you earn $375. At 468 hours, you earn another $375 for a total of $750. Hours worked must be completed within one (1) year of the date of your referral submission to us.
  • If you qualify for a bonus and you are not a nurse working on an assignment with us, you will be contacted using the information provided on the referral form to confirm your address before any bonus payment is mailed.
    This referral bonus program cannot be combined with other referral bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
  • All Medical Personnel reserves the right to cancel the Referral Bonus Program for Nurses at any time and for any reason.
  • No purchase is required.
  • Applicable federal, state and local taxes may apply to any payment.
  • The bonus program is not valid outside of the United States.
  • Referrals must be authorized to work in the United States.
