Anchorage, Alaska skylilne

NOVEMBER 6, 2020, Anchorage, Alaska | All Medical Personnel’s Western U.S. Region Business Development Manager, Michael Elm, was featured as a staffing industry expert on an NBC TV affiliate in Anchorage, Alaska yesterday. Speaking about the shortage of nurses to KTUU-TV viewers and how it affects Alaska, Elm said “Alaska is sort of isolated from the rest of the country and when we try to staff these types of positions, we first try to staff with local nurses. The problem is there is a shortage, naturally, and also it’s a 50/50, whether a nurse is willing to work in an environment where COVID is present.”
